How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Nexus subscription at any time from the billing portal. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
Steps to cancel
1. Sign in at nexusroom.app/account.
2. Click 'Manage billing' — this opens the Stripe billing portal.
3. Select 'Cancel subscription'.
4. Confirm the cancellation.
**Note:** Your room stays fully active until the end of the current billing period — you are not cut off immediately.
What happens after cancellation
- Room remains active until the billing period ends
- After that, the room is suspended and guests will see 'This room is temporarily unavailable'
- Your room data is retained for 30 days — you can reactivate within this window without losing any settings or history
- After 30 days, all room data is permanently deleted

Reactivate at any time within 30 days by visiting nexusroom.app/account and restarting your subscription through the billing portal.
