How do I change my room's logo and accent colour?
Room branding is available on Group tier and above. Your logo and accent colour appear in the waiting room that guests see when they visit your room link, making the experience feel like your own.
Adding or changing your logo
1. Sign in at nexusroom.app/account and open your room settings.
2. Click 'Upload logo' in the Branding section.
3. Choose a PNG or JPG file. Recommended size: at least 200x200px. Square logos work best. Max file size: 2MB.
4. Click Save. Your logo appears immediately in the waiting room.
Setting your accent colour
1. In the Branding section, click the colour picker next to 'Accent colour'.
2. Enter a hex colour code or pick from the palette. This colour is used for buttons and highlights in your waiting room.
3. Click Save.
Tips for good branding
- Use a logo with a transparent background (PNG) for the cleanest result
- Avoid very light logos — the waiting room background is dark
- Choose an accent colour that matches your organisation's brand
- Test how it looks by opening your room link in a browser after saving
Removing branding
To remove your logo, open room settings, click the logo thumbnail, and select 'Remove'. The room will return to the default Nexus branding.
**Note:** Room branding is available on Group, Club, and Organisation tiers. Circle rooms use the default Nexus waiting room appearance.
